RULES
This contest has the patronage of F.I.A.P (2005/121)., C.E.F. & F.C.F., so it will go by their respective rules, and accepted works will go for the obtention of their honorific titles.
SUBJECT: Free
PARTICIPANTS: Amateurs and professionals from anywhere in the world.
SECTIONS:
A) Monochrome paper
Color paper
C) Slides
D) Experimental and Digital (paper and/or slides)
All photographic techniques will be admitted.
NUMBER OF WORKS: 4 works per person and section at the most, not already entered in this contest in the past.
PRESENTATION:
Paper: Free image size, strengthened by a 30x40 cm. thin cardboard (by salon requirement)
Slide: Into 5x5 cm frames.
DATA: At the back of every work, and on the frame of every slide, must be titled with authors name, address and work. The slides showing direction must be marked by a red point at the lower left corner.
Works participating in section D (Experimental/Digital) must be indicated.
SHIPMENT: You must send your works, carriage paid, enclosed to the registration form duly filled in and the admission right to:

On the package there should be visible:
“FOTOS PARA EXPOSICIÓN SIN VALOR COMERCIAL. SERAN DEVUELTAS AL AUTOR”
(This is to make it easy to go through customs)
FEES FOR PARTICIPATION:
20 US$ or 15 EUR for one section and 5 US$ or 5 EUR each additional section. Authors up to 25 years old can participate for free. They must include a photocopy of an Official Identity Document showing born date.
Cheques won’t be accepted.
IRC will be accepted
Works received before the pay of the rights won’t be considered or returned until the fee is paid. Three months later they will be destroyed.
CALENDAR: TOP WORKS ADMISSION DATE: 31-July-2005
DECISION: 15-August-2005
SENDING OF SCORES: From 01-September-2005
EXHIBITION: September-December 2005
RETURNS, CATALOGUES & PRIZES: January 2006
CATALOGUE: A catalogue including best works will be published. It will be sent to all participants who have paid the fees. The latest catalogue obtained the 4 Stars FIAP qualification.
AWARDS: In each section, A, B, C & D:
• Honour’s to the best work: F.I.A.P. Golden medal for the best classified.
• F.I.A.P. Silvery medal for the 2nd best classified.
• F.I.A.P. Bronze medal for the 3rd best classified.
• 6 F.I.A.P. Ribbons at the choice of the jury.
• Golden C.E.F. Medal for the best classified Spanish author.
• Silvered C.E.F. Medal for the best classified Balearic Islands resident author.
• Special awards to the best work for the theme “Railways”, the best author living in Catalunya and authors up to 25 years old.

The decision made by this jury will be unappealable.
WORKS REPRODUCTION: All participants authorize at “Col·lectiu Fotogràfic F/22” the reproduction of their works for particular contest publicity purpose and other activities as for catalogues edition, always appearing the author’s name. Authors take responsibility about third party rights and claims for
royalties.
NOTE: The organization doesn’t take responsibility for damage or work lost. The work will be handled with great care while remaining in our possession. The participation in this contest means the total acceptance of these rules.
