Excelent this one too. Perfect sharpness. What lense are you using?
-
Maciek Duczynski @lonely_wolf Avtor 5.3.2007 11:30 | En0

Canon 17-40 f4, unfortunatly it's not sharp lens, with full frame it's really poor

dobran L @marcelmai_ 5.3.2007 12:04 | En0

outstanding nature photo.
za slovence pa tole: čudovit primer uporabe HDR-a. čisto, neopazno, tako kot je treba. Ne pretiravat. -
izy fink @Tumpo 5.3.2007 12:05 | En0

Yes, sometimes we are looking for perfect and cameras dont give us enough, so we use softwer to maki it perfect.... great photo.
For my eyes maybe too sharp. but werry beautifull.

Nice to heave some foreigners on portal. Perfect use of HDR. Most of the time, we exaggerate with unnatural use of this photographic efect. Once I tryed HDR which does not look HDR-like, but most of non-photographers and even photographers aren't fascinated so much.
This photo is perfect!
On lonk below you can see my "natural HDR"

Excellent! I like the colors and tonality in that gorgeous picture. The luminescence of the background and the darknes of the foreground makes this picture perfect.

great landscape photo, I like sharpness and colors, composition is also great. I sense that picture was taken after rain and the air was clean and soft?

Great photo, but with a little mistake. The autumn leaves aren´t fitting well. They are only on the rock. If a tree would be near the photo was taken, the leaves were also in the water and also on the water ground. So, the leaves were put there by a man and not by nature. The autumn leaves are also very colorful and so they are a big point of intererest at the photo. I think this point of interrest is so big, that the leaves become a disturbing element.
But don´t think now, that the photo is not good. In my eyes there is this mistake. Without it, it would be a perfect landscape photo. Still congrats.

GreGor, slow down, I havn't touch the leaves. they are in the same place where i've found them
-
Miran @Miran 21.3.2007 20:25 | En0

I agree with GreGor, that the photo is good and without the leaves it would be a great photo. The leaves are disturbing elemnt. The trees around the lake are completely green, no trace of autumn, so the autumn leaves in this case are impossible if we look form the angle of real circumstances. Anyway, the photo is good.
-
Gregor Harih @GreGor 21.3.2007 20:31 | En0

@lonely_wolf: So, the leaves have been brought there by a another photographer.
))
Was there a tree with such leaves nearby? -
Maciek Duczynski @lonely_wolf Avtor 21.3.2007 20:38 | En0

guys, dont tell me what is possible, i've been there, took this photo without touching those leaves. and belive me, this is norway, no photographeurs around

leves are from the tree nearby, it's end of august so there are first color leaves in some places. Stay on the stone after water level canging
here you can see the tree on the right

Miran @Miran 21.3.2007 20:51 | En0

This tree looks pretty green to me. I don't blame you, maybe some other put the leaves on the rock and you found them like they were, but it's funny that the rock just under the tree, don't have any leaf on it.
-
Gregor Harih @GreGor 21.3.2007 21:24 | En0

I must say sory to the author, if he felt offended. I have seen a lot of photos where the leaves were "manmade". In this case the green trees, no leaves at the gorund of the lake have indicated, that this was not nature made.
Because of your deep explanation I believe you, that you haven´t put the leaves on the rock.
Best regards. -
Aleš Štebe @Hakan 22.3.2007 06:45 | En0

Did you thought perhaps that autumn leaves fall off and the green leaves grew back. It´s quite possible. And I don´t have a clue, whay would author lied. It is pointless.
